Art. 216. El nombramiento de miembros de los Consejos electorales que corresponde al Senado y a la Cámara de Representantes, se hará en actos distintos, votando en el primero para principales, y separadamente por cada unjo de los suplentes.

El Consejo Nacional Legislativo, dentro de los cuatro días siguientes al de la sanción de esta Ley, elegirá los miembros de los Consejos electorales cuyo nombramiento corresponde al Senado y a la Cámara de Representantes.
