Cuando exista apropiación presupuestal en el servicio de la deuda pública podrán efectuarse anticipos en el pago de operaciones de crédito público. Igualmente podrán atenderse con cargo a la vigencia en curso las obligaciones del servicio de la deuda pública correspondiente al mes de enero de 2023. Así mismo, con cargo a las apropiaciones del servicio de la deuda de la vigencia 2021 se podrán atender compromisos u obligaciones correspondientes a la vigencia fiscal 2022.
