LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.4.20.Elementos Físicos de Marcación. Los elementos físicos de marcación se utilizarán para la identificación única, segura e indeleble y el control de cada producto, en la unidad de empaque, tapa, envoltura o envase, dependiendo de la especificidad del producto.

Los atributos, condiciones y requerimientos tecnológicos mínimos que deberán cumplir estas marcas; así como las unidades mínimas del producto a marcar de acuerdo con su procedencia e industria, serán determinados por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), mediante resolución de carácter general.
