º Las inversiones forzosas que por mandato de las disposiciones pertinentes, contenidas en los Decretos 1961 de 1960, 1994 y 2218 de 1972, hubieren realizado las cajas y secciones de ahorros de los bancos comerciales, se limitarán y mantendrán en las cuantías que resulten de aplicar los porcentajes señalados en dichas a las cifras del balance correspondiente al 30de junio de 1974.
