Artículo único. El Tribunal Superior de Distrito judicial de Panamá tendrá el personal de empleados subalternos que determina el inciso 2.°, articulo 2.°, Ley 4ª de 1890. Dése cuenta al Ministerio del Tesoro para que al hacer la liquidación del Presupuesto sea incluído el gasto que ocasione el aumento de empleados subalternos en el Tribunal de Panamá Comuníquese y publíquese.
