Auxiliase con veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) al Municipio de Manatí para atender a la reconstrucción y reparación de la casa consistorial, iglesia parroquial, escuela y demás edificios públicos dañados por el ciclón de que fue víctima dicho Municipio el día 5 de agosto próximo pasado. Para la inversión e este auxilio, créase una Junta integrada por el Alcalde Municipal, el Presidente del Concejo, el Cura de la Parroquia y dos vecinos honorables del Municipio, nombrados por el Gobernador del Departamento.
