Comprobación de Excepciones. Para comprobar las excepciones de que trata el parágrafo del artículo 83 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, el beneficiario deberá acreditar anualmente ante la Dirección de Personal, la condición de estudiante o inválido para continuar percibiendo el subsidio correspondiente, mediante la presentación de la constancia del establecimiento educativo respectivo o de la Sanidad de la Policía, según el caso, expedidos con anterioridad no mayor de dos (2) meses.
