°. Objeto. El presente decreto tiene como objeto, suprimir, reformar o trasladar trámites, procedimientos o regulaciones innecesarios implementados en las normas de transporte y tránsito, para facilitar la actividad de las personas naturales y jurídicas que interactúan con el sector, dando aplicación a los principios constitucionales que rigen la administración pública y optimizar el servicio que presta el Ministerio de Transporte.
