Remisión. En el procedimiento gubernativo y en las acciones judiciales, en materia minera, se estará en lo pertinente, a las disposiciones del Código Contencioso Administrativo y para la forma de practicar las pruebas y su valoración se aplicarán las del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
