° No habrá lugar al reconocimiento de mejoras establecidas con posterioridad al Decreto 1383 de 1940, en aquellas porciones claramente determinadas como pertenecientes a la Zona Forestal Protectora por dicho Decreto. En este caso sólo tendrán los colonos derecho a retirar o recolectar los cultivos establecidos.
