Todo empleado u obrero que por razón del trabajo que ejecuta en una empresa no devengue sueldo fijo pero que el salario lo recibe directamente de la empresa a cuyo servicio se encuentre, para los efectos de la cuota anual de qué trata el artículo 1º de esta Ley, se tendrá en cuenta lo que haya ganado en el último trimestre del año en que se le aseguro, para hacer el computo de la cuota anual correspondiente.
