Art 33. Los Notarios están obligados a prestar su ministerio fuera de la Oficina en cualesquiera días y horas en que fueren llamados por personas que estuvieren en incapacidad física de ir a la Oficina de la Notaría y tratándose de actos urgentes o cuya demora perjudique a los interesados.
