Remisión de diligencia. Cuando el funcionario competente para imponer las multas a que se refiere el artículo 17 del presente Decreto considere que la infracción debe ser sancionada con multas superiores a las que pueden imponer de acuerdo con su competencia, remitirá a Ia mayor brevedad posible, las diligencias y documentos relacionados con la investigación, a que tenga compe tencia inmediatamente superior. Con el mismo criterio podrá proceder el funcionario que reciba las diligencias.
