ARTICULO 9o . Traslado de investigaciones a la Fiscalía . Las actuaciones que no tengan resolución de acusación ejecutoriada al momento de entrar en vigencia el presente código, pasarán a conocimiento de las unidades de fiscalía competentes, para que continuen el trámite que corresponda. También pasarán a conocimiento de la Fiscalía General de la Nación los procedimientos abreviados en los cuales no se haya iniciado audiencia pública.
