Todos los actos y contratos sujetos a la inscripción en los libros de matrícula, harán referencia en el encabezamiento al número de la partida de matrícula de la mina de que se trate. Para este efecto, en los documentos privados los interesados harán la referencia del caso, y para las escrituras públicas, suministrarán el dato al respectivo Notario, para que éste pueda dar cumplimiento a lo prescrito en este artículo.
