º. Se declara extinguida la pena por los delitos señalad os en el artículo siguiente para los condenados no detenidos, y con las limitaciones en el contenidas, siempre que hayan entregado las armas, si fuere el caso ; y manifestado que cesan en su actividad delictiva.
