Una vez ejecutoriada la resolución que ordene la demolición, luego de haberse agotado el recurso de reposición, se procederá a la inmediata demolición del inmueble. Cuando por circunstancias de especial urgencia se haya prescindido del régimen de notificación y recursos en la vía gubernativa, la autoridad podrá proceder a la demolición en forma inmediata.
