Facúltase al Gobierno para que por medio de un ingeniero haga practicar los planos que necesiten los pequeños colonos del Caquetá cuyos cultivos no excedan de cincuenta hectáreas, para efectos de la adjudicación. El Gobierno fijara la asignación mensual y las demás funciones que deba llenar dicho empleado.
