Los artículos en depósito a que hacen relación las anteriores disposiciones de los Decretos citados, deberán imprescindiblemente llenar las condiciones allí mismo fijadas y por ningún motivo artículos que figuren como depositados o respaldados con fianza podrán tenerse a la vista para el expendio sin hallarse previamente estampillados, so pena de ser decomisados como de contrabando.
