Articulo 3.° Podrán ser elegidos miembros de la Cámara de Comercio los extranjeros que tengan su domicilio y negocios de comercio establecidos en el país, por un tiempo no menor de tres años, o que hayan contraído matrimonio con colombianas; pero el número total de miembros extranjeros no podrá pasar de la tercera parte del número total de miembros de la Cámara.
