Disposiciones Finales . Las referencias hechectáreas en el Estatuto de Inversiones Internacionales a la Superintendencia de Cambio y a la Comisión Nacional de Valores deberán entenderse hechectáreas a la Superintendencia de Sociedades y a la Superintendencia de Valores, respectivamente. Los inversionistas del exterior que antes de la vigencia del presente decreto hubieran realizado inversiones sin las autorizaciones exigidas por el Estatuto de Inversiones Internacionales en el momento de hacer la inversión, podrán solicitar el registro correspondiente sin que exista por ello una infracción cambiaria.
