Respuesta del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes . En un plazo de sesenta (60) días hábiles, contados a partir de la remisión de la solicitud de asignación definitiva de bienes rurales con declaratoria de extinción del dominio por parte de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas y del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (Incoder), el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes se pronunciará de fondo y le informará su decisión a las mencionadas entidades.
