Artículo 4°. Especificaciones técnicas. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social establecerá las especificaciones técnicas que deben cumplir las entidades para adelantar la consulta al aplicativo de información de este Ministerio, el cual cuenta con la información de la base de datos del Registro Civil de Defunción.
