º Las Organizaciones Juveniles con ánimo de lucro constituidas como empresas asociativas cuyo fin sea la producción, transformación, distribución o venta de bienes, o la prestación de servicios con fines económicos solidarios se regirán por las disposiciones de la Ley 10 de 1991 y por Código del Menor, en especial los artículos 250 y 251 del mismo. Por lo tanto la personería jurídica les será reconocida desde su inscripción en la Cámara de Comercio, siempre que se cumplan lo requisitos señalados en el artículo 5º de la Ley 10 de 1991 y sus normas reglamentarias.
