Requisitos normativos. El presente Decreto no exime del cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes respecto a las restricciones del uso de los suelos y al aprovechamiento de recursos naturales en áreas con ordenamiento jurídico especial, tales como el sistema de parques nacionales, áreas de páramos, zonas de reserva forestal, zonas dentro de manglares, ni de las demás disposiciones del orden nacional que limiten, en materia ambiental, el desarrollo de actividades productivas.
