° Cupos individuales de crédito de instituciones financieras . Los cupos individuales de crédito previstos en este Decreto podrán alcanzar hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del patrimonio técnico del otorgante del crédito, tratándose de operaciones realizadas con instituciones financieras. No obstante, las obligaciones a cargo de instituciones financieras por concepto de operaciones de redescuento con Finagro, Findeter, la FEN y Bancoldex no estarán sujetas a los límites de que trata este capítulo.
