El Gobierno publicará en edición especial la estadística, los planos y mapas y el informe de la Comisión simultáneamente en español y en inglés, francés, alemán e italiano, reuniendo todos los datos enumerados y añadiendo la legislación nacional, sobre colonización, inmigración y baldíos y demás leyes y comentarios que juzgue útiles para conocimiento de los cultivadores y capitalistas que quieran venir al país.
