LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.6.2.3.4. Registro del Plan de Protección. La aprobación del Plan o de sus enmiendas por la Dirección General Marítima será registrada por esta en el cuerpo del plan, a menos que dicho plan se encuentre en formato electrónico, en cuyo caso su aprobación y enmiendas se registrará en soporte papel y se conservará por el término de cinco (5) años, junto con los certificados previstos en la Parte A del Código Internacional para la Protección de los Buques y las Instalaciones Portuarias, PBIP.
