Instrucciones Básicas. Los bachilleres que presten el servicio obligatorio recibirán instrucción básica en las Escuelas de Formación de la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con reglamentación del Gobierno Nacional. Al concluir este servicio, tendrá prelación para ingresar a la Policía Nacional, previo el lleno de los demás requisitos exigidos en los respectivos Estatutos de Carrera.
