Los concesionarios y los contratistas de los servicios de radiodifusión sonora y de espacios de televisión, están obligados a dar estricto cumplimiento a las disposiciones especiales consagradas en el Código del Menor o Decreto 2737 de 1989, en materia de responsabilidad de los medios de comunicación con los menores.
