ARTICULO 2o. Los habitantes de las zonas urbanas del país deberán permanecer en su residencia, desde las 00:00:01 del día 24 de octubre de 1993 hasta las 17:00:00 horas del mismo día.

Parágrafo

Exceptúase de la disposición anterior las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía y a los organismos de seguridad, a quienes corresponde velar por la cabal realización de los operativos y de la jornada censal.
