Asignaciones mensuales y Primas para Oficiales y Suboficiales Escalafón Complementario. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales inscritos en el Escalafón Complementario mientras permanezcan en servicio activo, devengarán la asignación básica, primas, subsidios y viáticos correspondientes al grado inmediatamente superior, con excepción de los gastos de representación previstos para los Oficiales Generales y de insignia.

Parágrafo

El personal a que se refiere este artículo, en ningún caso podrá ascender fiscalmente.
