Las becas de que trata el artículo anterior, obligan a los profesionales distinguidos con ese honor a rendir los informes técnicos que solicite el Gobierno y las Facultades de Derecho, lo mismo que a prestar el servicio docente por un tiempo igual al de la duración de los estudios en el Exterior.
