La Gobernación del Departamento del Valle del Cauca integrará juntas especiales encargadas de hacer la distribución proporcional de estos auxilios entre las personas damnificadas, según la cuantía de los perjuicios recibidos, y quienes acreditarán ante ellas el lleno de los requisitos legales pertinentes para recibir la ayuda que les corresponda.
