ARTICULO 97 . Concepto . Hay colisión de competencias cuando dos o más jueces consideren que a cada uno de ellos corresponde adelantar el juzgamiento, o cuando se niegan a conocer por estimar que no es de competencia de ninguno de ellos. También procede cuando, tratándose de delitos conexos, se adelanten varias actuaciones procesales de manera simultánea.
