La inspección, vigilancia y control consagradas en la presente Ley, se ejercerán por parte de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, sin perjuicio de la competencia que corresponde al Ministerio de Salud como organismo rector del Sistema Nacional de Salud y a los Tribunales de Etica Médica.
