-Los aspirantes a la licencia especial de locutores de noticias deberán comprobar que han presentado examen ante el jurado, que por este Decreto se establece, sobre las siguientes materias: 1.-Lectura, que comprende dicción, vocalización, buena tonalidad y armonía. 2.-Gramática Castellana. 3.-Facilidad de Expresión 4.-Instrucción cívica 5.-Nociones generales de Geografía Universal y pronunciación de nombres geográficos y de nombres propios de personas y de entidades nacionales y extranjeros de común ocurrencia.
