Art. 4.° Auméntase á $ 2,500 oro mensuales, por el tiempo que fuera necesario, la suma asignada por el artículo 6.° de la Ley 48 de 1903 , para los gastos de personal y material que demande la reparación, mejora y conservación de la Carretera de Cambao. Dicha suma se pagará por mensualidades en la Tesorería general desde la fecha de la sanción de esta Ley.
