°. Objetivo. El principal objetivo de los Proyectos Integrales de Desarrollo Urbano es garantizar la habilitación de suelo urbanizable para la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción de vivienda y reubicación de asentamientos humanos para atender la emergencia económica, social y ecológica nacional. Los PIDU desarrollarán asentamientos urbanos con altos parámetros de calidad urbanística y ambiental y promover el ordenamiento territorial, el desarrollo y crecimiento equilibrado y equitativo de las ciudades y su articulación con los sistemas estructurantes de infraestructura de movilidad y de servicios públicos.
