Las operaciones definidas en el artículo 9.° deberán ejecutarse por los puertos habilitados por la lei, quedando espresamente prohibida su ejecucion por puertos no habilitados, salvo lo que establece el artículo anterior i lo que respecto de la esportacion previene el artículo 208. Ninguna de las disposiciones de este Título regirá a partir de que haya sido publicado todo él.
