° Toda imposición de sanciones se comunicará a las oficinas seccionales de Escalafón. Así mismo, el inmediato superior docente o el administrativo, antes de iniciar un proceso disciplinario deberá solicitar la información de antecedentes del docente a la correspondiente oficina de escalafón.
