Los que hicieren personalmente uso indebido de las drogas a que se refieren la Ley 11 de 1920 y la presente, serán recluidos en una casa de salud, en un hospital o en algún otro asilo durante el tiempo que señale la respectiva autoridad sanitaria, y se les someterá a un tratamiento conveniente.
