Sustituir en las Leyes 38 de 1989 y 179 de 1994, la denominación Dirección General del Presupuesto Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público por la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público cuando se haga referencia a la asesoría en la elaboración, radicación, modificación y reducción del programa anual de caja, y por el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal, Confis, cuando se haga referencia a la suspensión y límite al programa anual de caja.
