Cuando el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda se encuentre sin legalizar, esté vinculado a un proyecto de vivienda y el beneficiario renuncie al mismo, o sea revocado, podrá entregarse a un nuevo hogar que cumpla con las condiciones de acceso al mismo, mediante acto administrativo expedido por la entidad otorgante, sin efectuar la devolución de los recursos al Tesoro Nacional.
