º El Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares de acuerdo con INALPRO, procederá a elaborar un catálogo de los muebles y equipos que requieren los establecimientos nacionales de educación, a hacer adquisiciones al por mayor, en el país o en el exterior, mediante los procedimientos legales y a mantener un muestrario de su existencias en una o varias ciudades del país.
