Cuando haya litigio sobre la propiedad de acciones o sobre el derecho de percibir sus productos, la Compañía retendrá en depósito disponible, sin interés, los dividendos correspondientes, mientras se decide el juicio y se resuelve a quién corresponden estos productos. Entiéndese que hay litigio para los efectos de este artículo cuando la Compañía ha récibido de ello notificación oficial con orden de retener su producto.
