Declárese también vía nacional, entre la capital de la República y el Departamento de Boyacá, la que pasando por Sogamoso y Labranzagrande va al puerto de Garcitas, sobre el río Cravo.

Parágrafo

Señálase para esta vía la suma de veinticuatro mil pesos ($ 24,000) anuales.
