Para posesionarse de los cargos relacionados con el proceso electoral de que trata el presente Decreto, los nombrados deben exhibir únicamente la cédula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad postal, el certificado de paz y salvo y pagar las estampillas de timbre nacional correspondientes. Los Registradores Municipales quedan eximidos de prestar la caución a que se refiere el artículo 22 de la Ley 89 de 1948.
