Art. 6. ° El Capitán está obligado a respetar i cumplir las leyes i reglamentos fiscales de la navegacion, de sanidad i policía de los puertos de salida, arribada i destino del buque, i fondear en todos ellos en el lugar más conveniente a la seguridad del buque i de los demás existentes en el mismo puerto.
