º Declarar de reserva especial los yacimientos de metales preciosos ubicados en las zonas que en adelante se alinderan en los artículos 2º a 39 de este Decreto, por haberse éstos extinguido IPSO JURE en favor de la Nación al no haber solicitado su titular la inscripción dentro del término contemplado en el artículo 296 del Decreto 2655 de 1988.
